June Roberts, CPS, Paralegal and Office Manager
Ms. Roberts has been a valuable asset to Galligan & Newman for more than 20 years. A certified paralegal and certified professional secretary (CPS), she is also certified in advanced litigation specialization. She is a member of the Tennessee Paralegal Association, was charter President of the McMinnville Chapter, National Secretaries Association, has been named Secretary of the Year and served as a member of McMinnville Legal Secretaries. Ms. Roberts graduated from McMinnville Central High School and went to college at Motlow Community College and then Tennessee Technological University. She is married with two children, and, when away from work, enjoys reading, golf, traveling with her husband and family, and supporting her two grandsons in their sports and extracurricular activities.

Debbi Sawyer, CPS, Legal Secretary
Ms. Sawyer has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, working in law firms in Chattanooga and Murfreesboro and now at Galligan & Newman. At the firm, she primarily works on general domestic, divorce, family relations, child custody and adoption cases. Ms. Sawyer is a self-described "army brat" who has lived all over the world and is now very happy to call McMinnville home.

Casi Cantrell, Legal Secretary
At Galligan & Newman, Ms. Cantrell concentrates primarily in the following areas: domestic cases (divorce, custody, adoption and child support), general civil cases and Social Security. She also serves as the back-up receptionist. With the firm since 2005, Ms. Cantrell graduated from Warren County High School and went to college at Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, sports and spending time with her husband.

Christine David, Legal Secretary
With over 16 years of secretarial and 7 years of legal secretary experience, Ms. David brings a wealth of knowledge to the Galligan & Newman team. At the firm, she assists with all federal cases, civil rights, medical malpractice, estates and wills, powers of attorney and employment issues. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Ms. David spends her free time with her husband and two daughters, riding and training horses on their farm.

Emily Hennessee, Legal Secretary
Ms. Hennessee primarily works in the areas of criminal and collections cases at Galligan & Newman. Prior to joining the firm, she spent six years in the County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. Ms. Hennessee graduated from Warren County High School and went on to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Tennessee Technological University and Motlow Community College. Ms. Hennessee enjoys spending family time with her husband, son and stepdaughter, as well as watching her son play sports.

Patricia Hitchcock, Legal Secretary
With over 23 years of experience as a legal secretary, Ms. Hitchcock brings a wealth of knowledge to Galligan & Newman, where she specializes in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, along with civil litigation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as sports, doing yard work and participating in other activities centered on her family.

Emily Powell, Receptionist
Ms. Powell acts as the receptionist for Galligan & Newman, answering the telephone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments and performing general office duties. With over five years of experience, Ms. Powell brings much administrative, communication and leadership know-how to the firm. She graduated from Warren County High School and went on to Motlow Community College. Outside of work, Ms. Powell enjoys spending time with her infant daughter.
